While in Houston we went to Galveston to make sure that the place we have gone to in the past was restored and back in business. My whole family, yes all 10 of us go every year to the beach and we prefer Galveston. Last year we went to Gulf Shores Alabama and while it was beautiful the people who get the vote with Gammy and Pop (Haley, Claire, Emmie & Jax) all said they wanted to go back to Galveston. So there you go we are going back to Galveston this year to the brown sand and the chocolate milk water. We LOVE it so why not go down and check out the house. Gammy and Pop wanted a house that they could sit on the balcony and watch the kids play on the beach and that they got. Everything is built back up from the hurricane and the kids played on the beach while we were there, just to make sure all was good of course!
Jax was having more fun running and splashing in the water, while Emmie was all about the sea shells (she always is) but this time there were millions to choose from. How is a girl supposed to decide? She only had one cup to fill up and bring home, but since Jax could care less she ended up with two of them and we came home with nothing less of 50 sea shells!
