I have to say I don't know which is/was harder for me to go to her Pre K Graduation or write about it. What a milestone, my baby isn't a baby any more. She is 6 going on 16 and fixing to spend the majority of her days with someone else other than me. I am so VERY sad about that but I can't hold her back. Chad just asked me Graduation night if we could hold on to her "one more year" as sad as it is for me we have to let her go. She is beyond ready, it is Daddy and I who are not!
If she had to go she couldn't go with a better group of girls and friends. This little group of friends has gone to Preschool together for at least 3 years and now moving on to Kindergarten together. As is turns out three of the little girls below (Madison, Emmie & Avery) have all requested the same Kinder teacher. This just happened by chance, I guess good minds think alike (this was a new thing for me to REQUEST a teacher) but come to find out after we requested we met Em's new teacher and she is PERFECT for her. Emmie is VERY hard on her self (she gets that from her daddy) and so we needed a teacher that was a little more laid back. We got to meet Mrs. Sonderer through a mutual friend and hung out one evening together and even got to go see her room at school. Even better she plays the guitar in class for her students. This is a match made in heaven for Emmie!
What a sweet group of girls, I am so very proud of each and every one of you!

Oh, this post made me tear up! Addyson is only 3 1/2 but I am so dreading her going off to school- definitely much harder for the moms than the kids! Good luck- she's such a pretty girl!
