Gobble, Gobble! Both kids had a feast at school. I don't know how I missed the sign up sheet one morning but by that afternoon when I picked Emmie up all was left was the TURKEY! Yep, go a head and laugh! So this mommy had to fix a Turkey! And a turkey I fixed!
At the kids preschool they usually don't let parents come to the parties but some how some way there were 3 parents that came to Emmie's feast and NO Chad and I were not one of them. All I will say is that I am so very sorry Emmie girl that we were not there. We would have been there had we have known that others were coming. Lets just say that after the talk I had with the director we will be at the parties from now on! Come on, I fixed the Turkey. Shouldn't I get a pass to go?
Emmie, Daddy and I are so proud of you, I had several parents come up to me and tell me how sweet your prayer was. You volunteered to give the Thanksgiving Prayer all by your self. You sure did give thanks that we were going camping the next day! Sweet Girl, who we are very Thankful for!
Needless to say the very next day was Jax's feast and guess who was there? He had a blast and I just LOVED his Indian name Paci Stacher. He went to school one day with a paci in his pocket and from that day on you better pat the boy down because he is going to have one some where! I just love his teachers, his class was the Indians and the other class his age was the Pilgrims. They sure did have a feast!
Wouldn't you cry if the guy next to you was digging his nose?
We had a Wonderful Thanksgiving with both of our families!
We have a lot to be thankful for this year!
